In the present paper we will study the factors that influence of the demand of formation in higher education in the Universidad Cristobal Colón in Veracruz, México. We will use a logit binomial model that allows us to identify the implied variables in such decision rendering special attention to which human capital theory indicates as the fundamental issues in educative investment.
