About Me:: I am a Pennslyvania Realtor at Gerhard Associates, Inc. in Glenside Pennsylvania 215-885-1000. I specialize in residential property sales and investment. We do residential property management (single and multifamily properties); and commercial property management and sales. I have a bachelors degree in business administration from Temple University with a concentration in finance and international business administration. I did post graduate studies in law at the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University, and Francophone Language and Cultural studies at The Defense Language Institute in Monterey California. I am currently a Graduate Student of Economics at Temple University. I own a Investment Advisory Business currently being processed for registration with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission. This business provides financial planning services to my real estate clients; Pension and retirement planning services for the self employed and for small to medium size businesses.
